Last Saturday, Rodrigo De Paul experienced a real full immersion at the San Siro, starting out with Mauro Icardi who personally escorted him to warm-up.
“Do I like to play for Inter? Well, we all know that the San Siro is a historic stadium,” admitted the former Racing forward who is liked very much by Piero Ausilio and was also praised with the highest remarks by Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta.
At the San Siro, there was also Udinese president Pozzo in the stands and it is not difficult to imagine that both sides had some informal conversation prior or post game. This is because Inter, by admission of the same sporting director, are already working in the perspective of next season and signing the De Paul already in January (or at least have him “booked” for summer 2019) would be a wise move to avoid a bidding war with other clubs.
