Zidane promises change upon second Real appointment

Zidane left his post as Real Madrid manager last summer after guiding the club to three consecutive Champions League titles, as well as the 2016-17 La Liga crown.

However, with results at the club nosediving under Julen Lopetugui and, later, Santiago Solari, the Frenchman resumed his old post and has promised ‘change in every way’ for Los Blancos.

“Things will change, in every way, we have to change things for the years to come,” Zidane told a press conference at the Santiago Bernabeu.

“Now the important thing is that I am back, and there is time to talk and see what needs to be done. Right now, that’s not the issue, we have 11 games to play.”
