Thanks to the test taken place earlier this week which did not reveal any damage to the muscle, Borja Valero will be available to play against Roma.
Yesterday, the Spanish midfielder trained separately but there is great optimism that he may be there against Roma on Saturday. It is easy to think that Spalletti could use the same lineup as seen against Frosinone with one single doubt and that is in the center forward position. Lautaro Martinez, after having a full week of training to get his legs back on track, is seriously threatening the starting position of Mauro Icardi who has not been himself since his return (one positive performance against Genoa, the other two were just so-so).
In the meantime, Brozovic continues to recover, aiming to be there against Juventus in 9 days.
