Steven Bergwijn has attracted many major European clubs thanks to his impressive performances both domestically and in Europe. The Dutch forward, Inter’s opponent in the Champions League group stage, was scouted by Manchester United during the last game against FC Emmen which finished 2-2.
According to De Telegraaf, Inter are also following the player’s performance as “a delegation from the Italian club will soon arrive in the Netherlands.”
In the past, teams like Torino, Real Sociedad and CSKA Moscow were very interested in Bergwijn. Bordeaux reportedly offered 18 million euros last summer but it was rejected. The evaluation of today is much higher.
