According to Tuttosport, Inter are going to play in a back three with Antonio Conte at the helm. De Vrij, Srkiniar and Godin are three masters in this position and should guarantee a solid foundation to start off this project.

The club defense will be completed by Ranocchia (former student of Conte in Arezzo and Bari, recently renewed until 2021), D’Ambrosio, who is suited to play in three-man defense, and probably a younger player which could be Bastoni returning on loan from Parma.

A lot of reinforcement will be made on the wing because right now, the only useful wing back in a 3-5-2 (or 3-4-3) is Asamoah, another individual who knows the methods of Conte very well. Inter are pushing to sign Danilo whom the Italian coach wanted at Chelsea and he believes can fill the hole on the right side.

The Brazilian has a very attractive resume: Porto, Real Madrid, Manchester City, in short, his international experience is off the chart. Danilo, reportedly, has said yes to Inter which are willing to offer him a five-year deal worth €3.5M annually.
