Inter will be without three key players for Chievo on Monday: Brozovic and D’Ambrosio are suspended for one game while De Vrij is injured.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, the Dutch suffered his injury on Saturday night in Udine and test taken yesterday showed a pulled muscle. De Vrij had a similar problem at the end of March during national team duties and he missed three games in Serie A because of it.
But this one is not a relapse of that injury because a different part of the adductor is involved. It is a bit less serious than the one in March and so Inter hope that he can return against Napoli or more likely Empoli for the final game of the season.
Meanwhile Vecino will try to be there against Chievo at all cost. The goal is to be there today in Appiano Gentile for training and then be there for the team on Monday against the Flying Donkeys.
