It is completely understandable that Suning had doubts about making the coaching change. The reason is simple: Luciano Spalletti has met (almost and likely) his objectives in both of his first two years as Inter coach.
This year, Spalletti has managed a season full of unexpected and complex problems which have deprived him of many football resources. Despite this, he should meet Inter’s primary objective of this season and that is reaching the Champions League (if Inter do not commit succeed in these last few weeks of the season).
There would be no season to change… if not for the possibility of accelerating the growth of the team.
Because it is believed that perhaps with Conte, some dynamics of the dressing room will change, increasing the value of the players and also increasing the chances of competing with Juventus.
