Despite what has happened in the second half of this season, Ivan Perisic could still be part of this squad for at least next season. The Croatian asked to leave last January but negotiations never really took off because simply there weren’t any adequate offers coming from the Premier League for him.
In the meantime, Perisic is relying on Doyen and Nelio Lucas who have been in Milan since Wednesday evening to start discussing the future of the 30-year-old. In the coming days, on the agenda of the agent there will be a meeting with Giuseppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio and together all three will review the situation.
All English sides from Arsenal, Tottenham to Manchester United are not willing to invest €30M-€35M, the figure that Inter are demanding. In La Liga, Sevilla are interested because Monchi loves Perisic’s type of player but they are not willing to spend that kind of money.
And so do not rule out the Croatian, who still has a contract until 2023, staying at the club.
