“Between the dream of Chiesa and the transfer objective of Martial, Inter do not lose sight on Mexican winger of PSS Lozano, the club’s next (and hopefully not final) opponent in the Champions League. Another target that Ausilio is thinking about is Rodrigo De Paul from Udinese.”
According to Tuttosport, “Rodrigo has been followed by Inter for months, even years, when the Nerazzurri scouts saw him the first time in 2013 wearing the shirt of Racing. Beyond his indisputable technical skills, Inter executives like De Paul for his tactical flexibility shown in these years in Italy. The 24-year-old from Sarandi is able to play on both wings and has also shown his ability to play as a midfielder or a second forward.”
Inter will likely strengthen its attacking department again next summer and a flexible player like De Paul could solve a lot of problems, also he is going to cost a lot less than Chiesa, Lozano and Martial if Manchester decided to trigger option to exercise the French’s contract. Udinese rate him at about €25M and there are Milan and Napoli following him with great interest.
