Can Inter sign Alexis Sanchez without spending a single euro? This is possible at least according to the Daily Mail. The newspaper is reporting that Manchester United would let the Chilean forward leave without asking for anything and this is because the former Udinese and Barcelona player is no longer part of the club’s plans and his wage (€27M a year!) is a massive weight on their budget.
Initially, there was talk of a possible loan with the Red Devils paying half of it but this option was rejected by the English club. Their desire is to completely get rid of Sanchez and his agent has already started talks with Inter and Juventus.
Speaking of Inter, the Daily Mail reports that the first formal contact has been made but it is clear that in order for Sanchez to don the black and blue colors, he will need to significantly reduce wage demand.
