Soon he will arrive in Italy defending the goal of Parma and hopefully one day, the Brazilian national team. This is at least the wish of Gabriel Brazao, former Cruzeiro goalkeeper. Speaking to FCIN, agent Stephanie Figer discusses her client’s move to Europe.
“Inter cannot register another non-EU while Parma had one place available. We started negotiations with them and eventually they made the acquisition. Various Italian and European clubs wanted Brazao. Can he follow the footsteps of Taffarel or Julio Cesar? Definitely. He has so much qualities and determination. Italian football will be an excellent test for him to develop and further improve what he already possesses.
“Brazao is very enthusiastic about this opportunity. He is eager to triumph in a league that has given the world so many world class goalkeepers. Parma and not Chievo? Because the Ducali offer was better. Inter? They will decide when he is ready to play for them.”
