After getting a deserved victory over Milan last Sunday, Inter are now in third place again in the Serie A table. That being said, the race towards making the Champions League for next season is far from over, especially looking at the fact that the remaining fixtures for Inter are the toughest of all.
“The club overcame Milan obstacle but still has to face other big names: Lazio, Roma and Juventus at home, Napoli away. And in the middle of these games, there are also Atalanta, Udinese and Empoli which will undoubtedly play for their Serie A future. Lazio will have to face the Milanese clubs (both away). Before the Milan game, they will also face Udinese at home: three games in a week: extra energy is needed.”
The Rossoneri will probably know its fate between the 31st and 32nd matchday when they will face Juventus in Turin and Lazio. Roma, apart from Juventus (will also face Napoli when league resumes), will have an easier schedule to take advantage it. But for them, consistency is going to be key.
