According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, when the team resumes training on Wednesday, there should be Lautaro Martinez who will train to make himself available for the game against Frosinone on Sunday. Il Toro has been hurt since the game versus Morocco on March 28th but it won’t be long until this injury is put behind him for good.

And so the question must be asked: who will play between him and Icardi? The Inter number 9 is back with the group and was the starter in the last two games. But with an extra option in hand that is Lautaro, will Spalletti immediately bring him back to the starting lineup or will the depth chart at the start of the season remain?

The fact is that Lautaro has not played in two weeks and Icardi has started to put more and more minutes in his leg. It should also be considered that Lautaro is one yellow away from suspension and so there is the risk of him missing the Roma game at the San Siro on Easter eve.
