Inter will go over one million mark in terms of home attendance this season. According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, at least 55 thousand fans will be there at the San Siro to cheer on the Nerazzurri against newly relegated Chievo.
However, despite this positive trend and the amazing fan support, Inter have not had much success playing at home in the second part of the season. After 22 points received in the first leg, the team of Spalletti has only received 10 in the second: two wins (Samp and SPAL), four draws (Sassuolo, Atalanta, Roma and Juventus) and two losses (Bologna and Lazio).
The lack of scoring, especially from strikers like Icardi and Lautaro, contributes greatly in this inability to win at home. Inter have two more home games to play (Chievo and Empoli) and Spalletti hopes that the pair of Argentinians can return on the scoresheet.
