Roberto Gagliardini could be used as a pawn for Inter to get closer to two of their objectives: Meite of Torino and Chiesa of Fiorentina.
The Italian midfielder was out of the Champions League due to economic reasons rather than technical choice. But since December 7th (on the pitch for 70 minutes against Juventus), Gagliardini was no longer used by Spalletti besides that game versus Benevento in Coppa Italia.
In short, he is not needed and is for sale. The two most interested clubs in the player at the moment are Fiorentina and Torino. At the Viola, Gagliardini would find Pioli again, the coach that wanted and brought him to Inter. Torino are looking for a player with similar attributes but only in a loan deal. With Gagliardini, Inter could be a bit closer to the aforementioned players.
