An Inter delegation of Beppe Marotta, Piero Ausilio and Giovanni Gardini already met Wanda Nara in the last few days away from the prying eyes of the media and public.
According to Sky, the meeting was positive, there is the desire of both parties to go forward together. That was the first time at a professional level that the former Juventus executive and Inter captain’s agent had a direct contact (Marotta and Wanda only saw each other at the Christmas party).
They will meet again in the next few days to get more specific about the terms of negotiation. Sky reported that in the first meeting, both sides did not talk about the annual figure or release clause. The feeling is that Inter are open to keeping it but there has not been discussion on raising it to €180M. Next meeting will be decisive.
